Postage, Returns and Other Policies.

POSTAGE

We post all of our items by Australia Post.  Postage throughout Australia is FREE!.  Postage internationally, due to covid postage taking so long, we have temporarily suspended our international shipping. Parcels are still allowed to be posted, and if you wish for us to post you something, please contact us first for postage costs.

We always try to post out to every customer that completes the checkout before 12pm weekdays on the same day.  Any order after this time, will not go out until the next business day.

PRIVACY

We take your privacy very seriously and will do everything possible to keep your information secure.  Paypal payments are a secure portal for information and is the Number 1 secure payment option over the internet.  By purchasing on our site, you name and email address could be added to our Database, which you will be sent some emails about updates, deals and sales.  You can Unsubscribe from this at any time, and we will not be able to add you back on, but you can Subscribe again yourself at any time.

PAYMENTS

We offer numerous payment options including direct bank deposits, Paypal, Credit Card Online (through the Paypal system, you don’t need an account to access this) or if you don’t wish to do this you can Phone me on 07 41622040 to organize a payment. We also have Openpay and Afterpay. You will have to sign up to these to use these options. Please contact these providers for more information.

Paypal payments are instant, which means we can post out to you straight away.  For bank deposits, we may have to wait 1 or 2 days for payments to clear.

30 DAY RETURNS POLICY

In the unlikely occasion that you are not 100% happy with your purchases for any reason, please contact me via phone or email with the problem.  We will try to fix the problem wherever possible or refund the cost of the items (less postage) on the return of the items back to our shop. 

DAMAGED ITEM  If however you have a parcel arrives damaged, please contact me as you may have insurance included on this item and will require photos. Please keep all packaging and item and contact me for instructions.

WRONG ITEM If we somehow send you the incorrect item, please contact us and we will gladly send you the correct item.
