Do you Service overlockers? Yes, we service overlockers
Do you service industrial and long arm machines? No, sorry we are not qualified on these items.
Do you service all brands? Yes, even though we are qualified service technicians for Brother, Husqvarna Viking, Pfaff and Singer, we do service other brands like Janome, Elna, Bernina, Juki and other machines.
What is the turn around time? We try to get your machine in and out as soon as possible and do work on machines every week, however cannot guarantee it will be seen straight away depending on how machines are in front of yours. First in, first serviced.
What is the costs? We charge approx $140 for a full service. This does not include any parts that may be required.
Do you service Embroidery machines? Yes, we do embroidery only and sewing machine and embroidery combo machines. Please make sure you bring the hoop and attachments needed for your machine to do this.
What do I need to bring for a service? You need to bring anything you need to operate your machine. Machine, power cord, foot control, bobbin, thread, feet, hoop, embroidery arm. We do not keep powercords ect for all machines, you your help is appreciated with this.
Hints and Tips: For us to genuinely know when you machine has been misbehaving, you need to keep your machine threaded and just how it was when you noticed a problem. Possibly bring in what you were working on to show us as well. This way we can check how you have threaded the machine, you are using the correct bobbins for you machine and more.
